3. Supplier Audits: Conduct regular in office supplier audits to assess their manufacturing processes, quality control systems, and compliance with specifications. Identify areas for improvement and work with suppliers to implement corrective actions.

4. Quality Control: Perform thorough inspections and tests on incoming materials and finished products to verify compliance with specifications and quality standards. Utilize a variety of measurement tools and testing equipment.

5. Non-Conformance Management: Investigate and document non-conformances, product failures, and supplier-related quality issues.



Work closely with suppliers to resolve issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.

6. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inspections, audits, and quality-related documentation. Prepare detailed reports summarizing findings, trends, and recommendations for management review.
