Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Position: Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate daily operations and workforce.
- Allocate work to team members and monitor productivity.
- Ensure work is completed on time and as per company standards.
- Manage attendance, shift allocation and workforce discipline.
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations.
- Monitor daily work activities and prepare basic reports.
- Ensure safety, quality and workplace procedures are followed.
- Handle day-to-day employee and operational issues.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Supervisor / Team Leader.




- Good communication and team-handling skills.
- Ability to manage workers and daily activities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting is preferred.
- Candidates who can work in Sriperumbudur are preferred.
