Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle customer/applicant queries via email, telephone, or direct interaction
- Follow procedures for document scrutiny and collection for visa processing
- Manage administration and logistics of passport delivery to concerned units, including consulates, applicants, and logistics companies
- Promote and sell optional services
- Maintain and update application-related data and records
