Job Summary

We are looking for a Student Relations Executive to join our Study Abroad team in Perinthalmanna. The role involves interacting with students and parents, understanding their education plans, providing information about international study opportunities, managing enquiries, and supporting students throughout the application process.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, strong follow-up skills, and the ability to build professional relationships with students and parents.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to student and parent enquiries regarding overseas education opportunities.
- Understand students’ academic background, career interests, destination preferences, and study plans.
- Provide clear and accurate information about available courses, institutions, admission requirements, and application procedures.
- Maintain regular communication with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, email, and in-person interactions.




- Follow up with enquiries and maintain proper records of prospective students.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely handling of applications and student requirements.
- Assist students with the collection and submission of required documents.
- Keep students updated regarding application progress, key deadlines, and next steps.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with students and parents.
- Participate in education fairs, seminars, student meetings, and other promotional activities when required.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English; Malayalam proficiency is essential.
- Good telephone etiquette and professional communication skills.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and relationship-building abilities

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
