Role Description The Student Volunteer role at Manjvel Nexus is a full-time, on-site position located in the Greater Chennai Area. In this role, the volunteer will support community-building activities, including coordinating student meetups, assisting with events, and helping onboard new members to the platform. Daily tasks may include communicating with students and professionals, gathering and sharing information about opportunities,



and supporting project collaborations and skill-development initiatives.

The volunteer will help manage online and offline community spaces, collect feedback from participants, and contribute ideas to improve engagement and outreach. This role offers hands-on experience in networking, event support, and community management, while working closely with Manjvel Nexus mentors and team members.

Qualifications

- Strong interest in professional networking, community building, and student engagement.
- Effective communication skills, including clear writing and confident interpersonal interaction.
- Basic organizational and time management skills to handle events, schedules, and follow-ups.
- Comfort with using digital tools and social platforms for outreach and information sharing.
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to work with diverse students, professionals, and mentors.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and able to take initiative in a dynamic environment.
- Current student or recent graduate from any discipline; familiarity with the Greater Chennai Area is an advantage.
- Interest in technology, career development, or entrepreneurship is beneficial but not required.
