Role Description The Structural Engineer will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and reviewing structural systems for industrial and manufacturing projects, ensuring safety, reliability, and compliance with relevant codes and standards. Day-to-day tasks include preparing structural drawings and calculations, coordinating with project managers and other engineering disciplines, and supporting site teams during construction, installation, and commissioning. The role involves conducting structural assessments, preparing technical reports, and providing practical recommendations for optimization or remediation.

The Structural

Engineer will also collaborate with consultants and clients, participate in project meetings,



and contribute to cost-effective, sustainable design solutions. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jabalpur.

Qualifications

- Robust proficiency in structural analysis and design using relevant codes, standards, and engineering principles.
- Experience with structural design software (such as STAAD.Pro, ETABS, SAP2000, or similar) and ability to interpret and produce detailed engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of industrial and manufacturing facilities, including foundations, steel structures, concrete structures, and structural safety practices.
- Ability to prepare technical reports, design documentation, and clear engineering specifications for projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and capability to work collaboratively with cross-functional project teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact professionally with clients, consultants, and site personnel.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Relevant industry experience in structural design and site support; prior experience in manufacturing or industrial projects is an advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site in Jabalpur and visit project locations as required.
- Familiarity with safety standards, quality assurance practices, and project management basics is beneficial.
