Key Responsibilities

✅ Manage material receipt, storage, and issuance activities

✅ Maintain accurate inventory records and stock reconciliation

✅ Process GRNs, material issue notes, and store documentation

✅ Ensure timely material availability for production requirements

✅ Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, and Accounts teams

✅ Update inventory transactions in ERP/SAP system

✅ Conduct periodic stock audits and physical verification

✅ Implement FIFO practices and maintain 5S standards in stores

✔️ 3-5 years of experience in Stores & Inventory Management

✔️ Experience in Machine Manufacturing, Engineering, Automation, or Industrial Equipment Industry preferred

✔️ Knowledge of ERP/SAP and Inventory Control Systems

✔️ Solid understanding of BOM, material planning, and store operations

✔️ Good communication and coordination skills

✔️ Proficiency in MS Excel
