We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our luxury interior showroom, drive sales, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day showroom operations and store performance.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
- Handle premium clients and ensure a high-quality customer experience.
- Coordinate with designers, architects, vendors, and internal teams.
- Maintain showroom presentation, product displays, and visual merchandising.
- Track sales, leads, inventory, and customer follow-ups.
- Ensure smooth order processing, billing, and after-sales coordination.

Requirements:

- 4–8 years of experience in luxury retail, interiors, furniture, or premium home décor.
- Strong sales, communication, and team-management skills.
- Positive understanding of luxury customer handling and consultative selling.
- Well-presented, proactive, and target-oriented.
