Job Title: Store Manager – Liquor Retail

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to manage the complete day-to-day operations of a retail liquor store. The candidate will be responsible for store sales, inventory management, staff supervision, billing, customer service, stock control and overall store performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete day-to-day operations of the store.
- Supervise and manage store staff.
- Allocate duties and monitor employee performance.
- Ensure smooth opening and closing of the store.
- Monitor daily sales and achieve store targets.
- Maintain accurate stock and inventory records.
- Monitor inward and outward stock movement.
- Coordinate with suppliers/distributors for stock requirements.
- Ensure proper product arrangement and display.
- Monitor billing and cash-handling activities.
- Maintain daily sales and stock reports.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification.
- Identify stock discrepancies and report them to management.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.




- Maintain store cleanliness and discipline.
- Monitor damaged/expired stock where applicable.
- Coordinate with accounts and management regarding sales and payments.
- Ensure applicable licensing, age-verification and local regulatory requirements are followed.
- Monitor overall store profitability and operational efficiency.

Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in retail/store management.
- Previous Store Manager/Senior Store Executive experience preferred.
- Liquor retail/FMCG/departmental store experience will be an advantage.
- Strong inventory and stock-management skills.
- Previous team-handling experience.
- Positive knowledge of billing and cash management.
- Strong customer-handling skills.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/computer operations.
- Graduate or relevant qualification preferred.
- Candidate should be comfortable working in Dindori, Nashik.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
