Mee Mee Store Manager.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Store Manager to manage day-to-day store operations, drive sales and ensure excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.

Drive store sales and achieve monthly targets.

Lead, train and motivate the store sales team.

Handle customers and resolve queries/complaints.

Monitor stock, inventory, replenishment and product displays.

Ensure proper visual merchandising and store standards.

Track daily sales, conversion and team performance.

Manage billing, cash handling and store documentation.

Coordinate with the Area/Regional Manager on sales and operational requirements.

Ensure adherence to company policies and processes.

Requirements

2-5 years of experience in retail/store management.

Strong team handling and sales skills.

Positive communication and customer-handling skills.

Target-oriented with strong business acumen.

Experience in FMCG, baby/kids, fashion, lifestyle or retail will be an advantage.

Comfortable working in a mall environment and rotational shifts.
