We are looking for an experienced Store Manager / Hub Manager to manage day-to-day operations of a high-volume Quick Commerce Dark Store / Hub.

The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in Quick Commerce operations, specifically working at the Dark Store / Rapid Store level, along with exposure to Last-Mile Delivery Operations.

The role will involve managing store operations, order fulfillment, inventory, manpower, delivery executives and ensuring timely SLA-driven deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete day-to-day operations of the Dark Store / Hub.
- Ensure smooth picking, packing, order processing and dispatch operations.
- Manage inventory accuracy, stock movement and availability.
- Manage and supervise store / hub manpower.
- Handle delivery executives / riders and coordinate last-mile operations.
- Monitor delivery performance and ensure adherence to defined SLAs.
- Track operational KPIs and productivity.
- Plan manpower and shifts according to business volume.
- Resolve operational issues and ensure uninterrupted store operations.
- Coordinate with internal teams and delivery partners.
- Prepare and maintain daily operational reports.
- Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through efficient order fulfillment and delivery execution.

Mandatory Requirements Candidates must have Quick Commerce experience.

The candidate should have

- Experience working in Quick Commerce / Q-Commerce.
- Hands-on experience at a Dark Store / Rapid Store.




- Experience in Store / Hub Operations.
- Exposure to Last-Mile Delivery Operations.
- Experience managing delivery executives / riders / courier personnel.
- Experience handling high-volume order fulfillment.
- Knowledge of inventory management and dispatch processes.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, SLA-driven environment.
- Strong people-management and problem-solving skills.
- Good MS Excel and operational reporting skills.

Exposure to WMS / OMS will be an added advantage.

Experience

Preferably 5–10 years of overall experience, with relevant experience in Quick Commerce / Dark Store / Last-Mile Operations.

Education

Graduation / Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech.
