Store Manager – Kidswear

We are looking for an energetic and responsible Store Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our baby and kids' clothing store and ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.

Responsibilities:

- Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Handle customers and provide excellent service.
- Manage store staff, work allocation, and attendance.
- Monitor sales, achieve daily/monthly sales targets, and support the team.
- Maintain stock levels and coordinate stock receiving, display, and replenishment.
- Handle billing and cash management when required.
- Maintain attractive product displays and store cleanliness.
- Monitor inventory and minimize stock loss/damage.




- Prepare daily sales and stock reports.
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.

Requirements:

- 1–3 years of experience in retail/store management preferred.
- Experience in kidswear, fashion, or apparel retail is an advantage.
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
- Leadership and team-management abilities.
- Basic knowledge of billing and inventory management.
- Responsible, punctual, and target-oriented.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
