Job Vacancy – Store In-Charge

Job Type: Permanent, Full time (Freshers & Experienced)

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage daily store operations, opening and closing.
- Maintain stock, inventory records, and proper documentation.
- Keep the store clean and organized.
- Follow company policies and maintain discipline.

Eligibility:

- Minimum 12th Pass.
- Basic computer and communication skills.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Responsible, disciplined, and willing to learn.
- Retail/store operations knowledge is an advantage.

Working Schedule:

- Duty Hours: 10 hours per day.
- Shifts: 08:00 AM–06:00 PM or 10:00 AM–08:00 PM.
- Weekly Off: 4 days per month (Saturday/Sunday as per store requirements).
- One day per week: 12-hour duty for single-store handling.

Training Process:

- 3 days of paid training.
- DOJ will be counted from the first day of training.
- Final interview after successful training completion.
