Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Store In-Charge to manage day-to-day store operations, material receipt, storage, inventory control, and material issue. The candidate should have positive knowledge of construction/HVAC/MEP materials and be capable of maintaining accurate stock records.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day activities of the site/central store.
- Receive materials from suppliers and verify quantity, specifications, and condition against PO/invoice.
- Prepare and maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and material inward records.
- Properly store and identify materials to avoid damage, loss, or mix-up.
- Issue materials to site/installation teams based on approved material requests.
- Maintain accurate stock registers, inventory records, and material movement records.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and inform the Purchase Team about material requirements.




- Coordinate with Purchase, Project, Site, Accounts, and Vendors regarding material-related activities.
- Track material returns, excess materials, damaged materials, and rejected materials.
- Ensure proper tagging, identification, and systematic arrangement of materials.
- Maintain records for tools, equipment, consumables, spare parts, and project materials.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock reports.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safety within the store.
- Monitor material wastage and prevent unauthorized material movement.
- Maintain proper documentation for audits and management review.
- Follow company procedures for material receipt, storage, issue, and return.

Required Skills:

- Good knowledge of HVAC/MEP/Construction materials.
- Inventory and stock management skills.
- Knowledge of GRN, Material Issue Note (MIN), Material Request, and stock reconciliation.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/store management software.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate documentation.
