Role Description The Store Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India.

The Store

Executive will manage daily retail operations, including assisting customers, explaining product benefits, and supporting sales at the store.

Responsibilities include maintaining product displays, ensuring stock availability, processing billing and payments, and keeping the store clean and organized. The role also involves handling customer queries and feedback, educating customers about hemp wellness products,



and collaborating with the team to meet sales targets and enhance the in-store experience.

Executive will follow company guidelines, uphold compliance with local regulations, and represent The Trost’s brand values in all customer interactions.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated customer service skills, with the ability to engage, assist, and retain customers in a retail environment.
- Hands-on retail and sales experience, including handling POS systems, merchandising, and meeting store-level sales targets.
- Strong communication skills for explaining product features, perks, and usage clearly and confidently to diverse customers.
- Background in commerce or related fields, with basic understanding of retail operations, billing, and inventory processes.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Delhi, India, including weekends or extended hours as required.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach to store upkeep and stock management.
- Interest in wellness, hemp-based products, or FMCG/health retail is an advantage.
