Job Title: Store Executive

Location: Faridabad

Qualification: Graduate (B.Com / B.A.) / M.Com / Diploma/Degree in Material Management

Experience: 4–8 Years

Industry: Manufacturing / Fabrication / Sheet Metal

Salary: ₹3–5 LPA

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete store operations, including material receipt, inspection, storage and issuance.
- Verify incoming materials against POs/DCs and coordinate with QA for inspection and acceptance.
- Maintain proper inventory control, including FIFO, Minimum/Maximum Stock Levels and Reorder Levels.
- Ensure accurate stock records and timely updating of inward/outward transactions in Tally Prime.
- Issue materials to Production, Maintenance and Projects against approved material indents.
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile any discrepancies.
- Maintain proper store documentation, including POs, DCs, invoices, gate passes and inspection reports.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production,



QA and Accounts for smooth material flow and stock reconciliation.
- Prepare inventory/MIS reports and highlight shortages, excess stock and non-moving items to management.
- Lead and supervise the store team, ensuring discipline, accuracy and proper housekeeping.

Experience: 4–8 years of relevant experience in Store/Warehouse operations, preferably in Engineering, Manufacturing, Fabrication or Heavy Machinery industries.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
