Key Responsibilities

- Maintain inventory of IT hardware assets such as laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, networking devices, accessories, and consumables.
- Issue and receive IT assets as per approved requests and maintain proper documentation.
- Track asset movement, allocation, and returns through inventory management systems or spreadsheets.
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Coordinate with vendors and procurement teams for hardware purchases, repairs, and replacements.
- Maintain records of warranty, AMC, and service-related documentation.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and security of IT equipment.
- Prepare inventory reports, stock status reports, and asset utilization reports.
- Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment requests to avoid shortages.
- Support IT and administration teams in hardware deployment and asset management activities.
- Maintain compliance with company policies related to asset management and inventory control.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of IT hardware components,



networking devices, and peripherals.
- Inventory management and stock control experience.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management software.
- Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Solid organizational and coordination abilities.
- Basic understanding of procurement and vendor management.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Educational Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field will be preferred.

Preferred Requirements

- Experience in IT asset management and store operations.
- Knowledge of hardware troubleshooting and asset lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with ERP/Asset Management tools will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
