Location: Bengaluru Project Site

- Job Purpose To manage daily store operations, maintain inventory records, ensure proper material receipt and issuance, and support timely material availability for project execution.
- Educational Qualification

- Graduate in any stream or Diploma/B.E./B.Tech – Civil/Mechanical in a relevant field.
- Candidates with store management or inventory management certifications will be preferred.

3. Work Experience
- Experience: 3–7 years in store and inventory management.
- Experience in construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects is preferred.

4. Key Skills
- Material inward and outward management.
- Inventory control and stock reconciliation.
- Preparation of GRN, MRN, material issue slips, and stock reports.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and ERP software.
- Vendor coordination and documentation.
- Physical stock verification and record maintenance.
- Material handling and storage management.

5. Job Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect,



and record incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery challans.
- Issue materials to site teams against approved material requisitions.
- Maintain accurate stock registers and ERP inventory records.
- Monitor minimum stock levels and coordinate with the purchase department for replenishment.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Ensure proper storage, identification, and preservation of materials.
- Maintain records of damaged, excess, and returned materials.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- Coordinate with vendors, purchase, accounts, and site departments.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and store safety standards.

6. Preferred Candidate A disciplined and detail-oriented candidate with strong inventory management skills, ERP knowledge, and experience handling construction or industrial project stores.
