The Storage AI Specialist will join the HPE Hybrid Cloud team to lead the innovation agenda and technology roadmap for the next-generation cloud platform, Green Lake. This role focuses on designing and building production-grade AI and Generative AI solutions to help customers reimagine their IT needs.

Responsibilities include developing AI agents, copilots, and workflow automation systems, implementing RAG architectures using vector databases, and fine-tuning foundation models for accuracy, performance, and safety. The specialist will also build scalable APIs and platforms for production AI deployment, establish governance and monitoring mechanisms, and drive the adoption of emerging AI technologies. Required

qualifications include a Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related quantitative discipline,



with typically 6-9 years of experience. Proficiency in Python, SQL, Java, and Go is required

, along with experience in PyTorch, Scikit-learn, LangChain, and cloud/MLOps tools like Kubernetes, Docker, and MLflow. Preferred skills include expertise in the storage domain (block/object/file storage), LLMOps, GPU orchestration, and model optimization.

This is a hybrid role requiring an average of 2 days per week in the office.
