Job Overview

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Stock Keeper / Inventory Assistant to manage and maintain the company’s physical stock and inventory records.

The candidate will be responsible for counting, checking, recording, and maintaining stock such as rice, grains, giri, pulses, grocery items, and other inventory materials. The candidate should be comfortable with physical stock handling and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive and check incoming stock and verify quantity and items.
- Physically count, weigh, and check stock such as rice, giri, pulses, grains, and other materials.
- Maintain accurate daily stock records.
- Record all incoming and outgoing stock properly.
- Maintain item-wise and quantity-wise inventory records.
- Regularly compare physical stock with recorded stock and identify any shortage or excess.
- Keep proper records of stock received, stock issued, balance stock, and damaged/expired items where applicable.
- Ensure stock is properly arranged and stored.
- Monitor stock levels and inform management when stock is low or requires replenishment.




- Assist in regular physical stock counting and stock verification.
- Maintain proper documentation for stock movement and deliveries.
- Coordinate with purchase, sales, and other concerned teams regarding stock requirements.
- Maintain Excel sheets/registers for daily inventory records.
- Report any stock mismatch, damage, shortage, or other discrepancy to management immediately.
- Keep the stock area clean, organized, and properly maintained.

Requirements
- 12th Pass or above.
- Freshers can apply; previous experience in stock handling, inventory, warehouse, or store management will be preferred.
- Should be comfortable with physical counting and checking of stock.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel or willingness to learn.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Responsible, punctual, and hardworking.
- Able to maintain proper records and documentation.
- Basic communication skills required.

Preferred Candidate Candidates who have practical experience handling rice, grains, giri, pulses, grocery items, or similar stock materials will be preferred.

The candidate should be comfortable with both physical stock handling and maintaining proper written/computerized records.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
