Job Summary The Hotel Steward is responsible for providing excellent service to guests, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant and service areas, and supporting the Food & Beverage team in smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist guests in a polite and professional manner.

- Set up tables, dining areas, and service stations before service.

- Serve food and beverages according to hotel standards.

- Take guest orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen/bar team.

- Clear and clean tables promptly after guests finish their meals.

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant, service areas, cutlery, crockery, and equipment.

- Refill water, condiments, napkins, and other service items as required.

- Assist in buffet setup, replenishment, and clearing.

- Assist with banquet, room service, events, and other F&B; operations when required.





- Support the team during busy periods and perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

- Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass; hotel management qualification is an advantage.

- Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality workplace is preferred.

- Good communication and customer-service skills.

- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.

- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

- Pleasant personality, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
