Role & responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and map them to STERP solutions.
- Assist in STERP implementation, configuration and customization.
- Provide functional support and troubleshoot STERP issues.
- Coordinate with clients/users for requirements and issue resolution.
- Support testing, data validation and system enhancements.
- Prepare functional documentation and provide user training/support.
Preferred candidate profile
- 1+ year of experience as STERP Consultant / ERP Consultant.
- Good understanding of ERP business processes and workflows.
- STERP implementation/support experience preferred.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to understand business requirements and provide suitable ERP solutions.
- Willing to work onsite in Pune.
