Key Responsibilities

- Drive vehicle finance business across the assigned state.
- Lead and manage Sales and Collections teams to achieve business targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase loan disbursements and portfolio growth.
- Monitor collection efficiency, delinquency, and portfolio quality.
- Build and maintain relationships with dealers, channel partners, and key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and operational processes.
- Analyze business performance and prepare regular MIS reports.
- Recruit, train, and mentor regional teams.
- Strong experience in Vehicle Finance, Sales, and Collections.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Solid analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Good communication and negotiation skills
