Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced State Head to lead and manage TPM and skill development programs across multiple districts within the assigned state. The role involves program execution, ITI and government stakeholder management, team leadership, industry engagement, and overall project performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and monitor TPM and skill development program implementation across multiple districts.
- Coordinate with ITI, B.Tech , Diploma Colleges, government stakeholders, and other project partners for smooth program implementation.
- Manage and monitor Cluster Head & field teams, ensuring achievement of assigned targets.
- Ensure quality and timely execution of training, assessments, LMS activities, and student engagement.
- Develop relationships with industries and employers for internships, apprenticeships, industry exposure, and placements.
- Monitor the Cluster Manager,



District Coordinators and also the student participation, certification and overall program outcomes.
- Review MIS, dashboards, and district-wise performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Conduct regular field visits to institutes, industries, and project locations.
- Identify operational challenges and ensure timely resolution and implementation of corrective actions.
- Support expansion of programs across new institutes, districts, and industry partners.

Requirements

- 10–12 years of experience in skill development, vocational training, CSR projects, education, or training management.
- Experience managing multiple districts/field teams preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management, leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
- Valuable knowledge of MIS, Excel, LMS, and digital platforms.
- Regional/local language mandatory & English preferred.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned state.
- Strong ownership, problem-solving ability, and result-oriented approach.
