VACANCY FOR

Standardization & Quality Control Manager

1. Product Standardization

- Establish and maintain quality and product standards for all products.
- Define standard formulations and process specifications for different products.
- Optimize standardization to achieve consistent quality and cost efficiency.
- Developing standards & identify issues in production line.

1. Process Quality & Control

- Establish process control limits and critical quality parameters across production.
- Ensure compliance with approved SOPs, process specifications, and control plans.
- Monitor junior QC on their day to day paper and submissions.
- Monitors the quality aspects of incoming raw materials to the organization and the products that are ready to be shipped.
- Ensure that manufactured products meet the specified quality standards.

1. Quality Management System

- Develop, implement, and maintain the dairy's FSMS standards and paper work.
- Ensure effective SOPs, work instructions, specifications, inspection plans, and quality records.
- Lead internal quality audits and follow up on corrective actions.
- Establish systems for traceability, batch control, non-conformance management, and product release.

· Work closely with QA and Production team to ensure quality material is produced and delivered.
1. Laboratory & Testing

- Oversee the quality-control laboratory and testing activities.




- Set up the complete chemical and Miro lab.
- Carry out full study of and life cycle of the product

1. Regulatory & Food Safety Compliance

- Ensure compliance with applicable FSSAI requirements, legal metrology, food safety regulations, customer specifications, and company standards.
- Support and maintain systems such as HACCP, GMP, GHP, ISO 22000/FSMS, as applicable.
- Ensure proper documentation and closure of regulatory observations.

1. Team Leadership

- Lead the quality, laboratory, and standardization teams.
- Define responsibilities, KPIs, competency requirements, and training plans.
- Train production and operations teams on quality standards and process controls.
- Build a solid quality culture across the organization.

1. Continuous Improvement

- Analyze quality trends and process data using statistical tools.
- Drive projects for reduction of:
- Product variation
- Rejection
- Customer complaints
- Microbiological failures
- Process losses
- Filling of Form D2

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED Dairy technology or Bachelors in B-Tech, Microbiology

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

FOSTAC Training, HACCP and GMP Certifications

LEVEL OF COMPUTER LITERACY REQUIRED

Basic IT familiarity.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Minimum 2 Years of experience in a similar post preferably from Dairy background.

JOB POSTING LOCATION

Will work mostly from Mumbai but shall be travelling to Varwada location as and when required.
