Rollo Consulting is hiring a Staff Workday Consultant to join the managed services team supporting a global manufacturer's Workday HCM tenant. You will resolve tickets, configure changes, and support enhancements across Core HCM and several functional modules, working alongside senior Rollo consultants and a project manager who will review your work and help you grow.

This is a production support role. The changes you make affect employees' records, pay, and time, so we value accuracy and judgment as much as speed. The right person knows when to move quickly, when to slow down and validate, and when to ask for a second opinion before touching production.

What you will do

- Resolve Workday support tickets end to end, from clarifying the issue with the requester through fix, testing, and closure
- Configure and maintain business processes, organizations, supervisory structures, job profiles, and other Core HCM objects
- Support functional areas including Recruiting, Absence Management, Advanced Compensation, Talent, and Learning
- Prepare, validate, and load EIBs for mass data changes, confirming the affected population before every production load
- Build and maintain custom reports and calculated fields to support HR operations and troubleshooting
- Assist with security configuration, including domain and business process security policies and role assignments
- Support inbound and outbound integrations, including payroll interfaces (PECI/PICOF) and the Workday to UKG Kronos time and attendance feed, by monitoring runs, triaging errors, and correcting source data
- Test changes in sandbox and preview tenants, and participate in Workday's semi-annual release testing
- Document every fix, configuration change, and resolution in the ticketing system so the team and client have a clear audit trail
- Communicate status proactively to the Rollo project lead and client stakeholders

What you bring (required)

- 2 to 4 years of hands-on Workday HCM configuration experience, through implementation, managed services, or an in-house HRIS role
- Solid working knowledge of Core HCM:



staffing models, business processes, organizations, and job architecture
- Hands-on experience with EIBs and Workday custom reporting, including calculated fields
- Experience working a ticket queue against SLAs in a live production tenant
- Disciplined change practice: you test in a lower tenant, validate the scope of a change, and escalate when you are unsure
- Clear written and spoken English, and the habit of telling your lead early when you are blocked or unavailable
- Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated work setup suitable for accessing a client environment through VDI

Nice to have

- Experience with Advanced Compensation, Absence Management, or Recruiting configuration
- Exposure to Workday Studio, Core Connectors, or PECI/PICOF payroll integrations with third-party providers such as ADP GlobalView or Celergo
- Experience supporting a Workday to UKG Kronos (Workforce Central or Pro WFM) integration
- Multi-country Workday experience, including Latin America or Europe
- Workday certification (active or lapsed) in HCM or any functional module

- You will report to a Rollo project lead and work alongside Functional Leads who review higher-risk changes with you
- Production changes with broad impact follow a dual sign-off before execution
- You will be part of the client's delivery team and represent Rollo Consulting in all client interactions
