Job Title: SAP US Payroll Garnishment Functional Consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP US Payroll Garnishment Functional Consultant with deep hands-on experience in US Garnishment implementation and configuration in SAP Payroll. The candidate will be responsible for configuring garnishment rules, supporting complex withholding scenarios, testing, reconciliation, and production troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP US Payroll Garnishment implementation and configuration.
- Configure and support Federal and State garnishment rules.
- Experience with Child Support, Tax Levies, Creditor Garnishments, and other withholding orders.
- Configure garnishment priorities, disposable earnings, limits, and applicable rules.
- Configure and maintain garnishment wage types and garnishment rules.
- Handle retroactive, adjustment, and correction scenarios related to garnishments.
- Support third-party remittance and reconciliation processes.
- Manage complex multi-order garnishment scenarios and resolve payroll calculation issues.
- Perform testing, validation, and troubleshooting of garnishment configurations.
- Provide production support and resolve critical garnishment-related issues.
- Work closely with Payroll, HR, Tax, and technical teams to ensure accurate payroll processing.




- Support implementation, testing, cutover, and post-production activities.
