STAFF NURSE

Reaviva Holistic Health is seeking a Staff Nurse to support its medical team across the aesthetic, longevity and wellness services delivered at its centre in Santacruz West. The role holds responsibility for client safety during every medical procedure, the preparation and readiness of procedure rooms, and the accuracy of medical records.
The position is suited to a qualified nurse who works to protocol, remains calm and precise under pressure, and puts clients at ease in a premium, discreet setting.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Assist the Aesthetic Physician and visiting doctors before, during and after procedures, including injectables, PRP, IV infusions and device-led treatments.
2. Prepare clients for procedures: record vital signs, take and update medical histories, confirm consent forms are complete, and flag contraindications to the doctor.
3. Administer IV infusions and injections, draw blood samples and perform other nursing procedures as prescribed and within the scope of a registered nurse.
4. Monitor clients during and after procedures, recognise adverse reactions early and respond in line with the emergency protocol.
5. Prepare and restore procedure rooms; maintain sterilisation, infection-control and biomedical-waste segregation standards.
6. Maintain medicines, consumables and emergency supplies; check expiry dates, record usage accurately and report shortages in good time.
7. Keep accurate and complete medical records of every procedure and client interaction.
8. Provide clear aftercare instructions as directed by the doctor and make follow-up calls where required.
9. Uphold confidentiality, discretion and presentation standards in a premium health and wellness setting.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- GNM or B.Sc. Nursing from a recognised institution,
with current Maharashtra Nursing Council registration.
- 1-4 years of staff-nurse experience in a hospital, dermatology, aesthetic or wellness setting.
- Confidence with IV cannulation and infusions, injections and phlebotomy.
- Working knowledge of infection control, sterilisation and biomedical-waste management.
- Current BLS certification, or willingness to obtain it.
- Conversational English and fluent Hindi; working knowledge of Marathi is an advantage.
- A courteous, composed and attentive manner with clients.
- Well presented, punctual and dependable, with availability to work on site for the full working week.
PREFERRED BACKGROUND Experience in dermatology, cosmetology, IV therapy or day care is a strong advantage, as is experience with discerning private clientele.

Working days: Monday to Saturday
Working hours: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
