Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide first aid and basic medical care to employees during emergencies.
- Monitor employees' vital signs and assess their health conditions.
- Administer prescribed medicines and treatments as per medical instructions.
- Maintain employee medical records and first-aid registers.
- Attend to workplace injuries and coordinate emergency medical assistance.
- Support periodic health check-ups and employee wellness programmes.
- Monitor and maintain first-aid kits, medicines, and medical equipment.
- Ensure hygiene, sanitation, and infection control in the medical room.
- Coordinate with hospitals and ambulance services during medical emergencies.
- Report workplace injuries and health-related concerns to the concerned authorities.
Qualifications & Experience
- GNM / B.Sc. Nursing qualification.
- Valid nursing registration with the applicable State Nursing Council.
- Relevant experience in an industrial or occupational health setting is preferred.
- Positive communication, patient care, and emergency response skills.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹43,000.00 per month
