SRE / Production Operations Engineer

We are looking for an experienced SRE / Production Operations Engineer to manage and support critical production applications and infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability.

Mandatory Skills

- Linux / RHEL & Windows Server administration and production support
- Strong ITIL knowledge with Incident, Problem, Change & Release Management
- 24x7 Production Support, incident response and RCA
- Vulnerability remediation & security patching for Linux and Windows




- Application/Infrastructure Monitoring Dynatrace preferred; Geneos/AppDynamics acceptable
- Strong scripting skills in Bash/Shell, Python & PowerShell
- SQL for production/application troubleshooting
- Performance, availability, monitoring and operational support
- Solid troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent English communication and stakeholder collaboration

Good to Have

- Docker & Kubernetes
- Java Middleware / Apache
- CI/CD & DevOps automation tools
- ServiceNow
- Japanese language skills

Experience: Relevant hands-on experience in SRE / Production Operations / IT Infrastructure Support.
