SRE – Java Application Support

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 7–12 Years

Mandatory Skills:

- Strong experience in Java Application Production Support / SRE
- Strong SQL skills
- Strong Unix/Linux experience
- Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools:
- Grafana
- Splunk
- Kibana

- Robust production incident management and troubleshooting skills
- Good understanding of application monitoring, log analysis, RCA, and performance issues
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide L2/L3 production support for Java applications.
- Monitor application health, availability, and performance.
- Analyze logs using Splunk/Kibana and monitor dashboards/metrics using Grafana.
- Troubleshoot production issues using SQL and Unix/Linux.
- Perform incident analysis, troubleshooting, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Coordinate with development, infrastructure, and other support teams for issue resolution.
- Participate in production deployments, releases, and post-deployment validation.
- Ensure SLA adherence and timely resolution of incidents.
- Communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.

Salary: 15 - 23 INR Per annum
