We are seeking a highly skilled

ServiceNow Developer/Specialist with solid experience in

ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, and enterprise integrations

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting scalable ServiceNow solutions while ensuring adherence to platform best practices and governance standards

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across

ITSM and ITOM modules.

- Configure and customize Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Flow Designer, Catalog Items, and Service Portal components.

- Implement and support

Discovery,Event Management, CMDB, and CSDM initiatives.

- Develop and maintain integrations with enterprise applications using

REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, LDAP, SSO, Azure AD, and third-party systems

.

- Perform platform enhancements, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and production support.

- Support platform upgrades, patching activities, and release management.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Mandatory Skills

- 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.

- Strong expertise in

JavaScript, Glide API, Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer

.





- Hands-on experience in

ITSM modules

(Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge Management, Service Catalog).

- Hands-on experience in

ITOM modules

(Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping, Event Management).

- Strong experience with

ServiceNow Integration Hub, REST APIs, SOAP APIs, MID Server, LDAP, SSO, and enterprise integrations

.

- Good understanding of

ITIL processes and ServiceNow development best practices

.

- Experience with Update Sets, Service Portal, Studio, Source Control, and Agile delivery methodologies

Mandatory Certifications

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)

- CIS – Data Foundations (CMDB & CSDM)

- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – IT Service Management (CIS-ITSM)

Preferred Certifications

- CIS – Discovery

- CIS – Service Mapping

- CIS – Event Management

- ITIL® 4 Foundation Certification

Preferred Experience

- Experience working in global enterprise ServiceNow implementations.

- Exposure to ITOM Health, AIOps, Virtual Agent, App Engine, and Performance Analytics.

- Experience in large-scale CMDB and integration transformation programs
