SAP MM Consultant

- Experience Required: 5+ Years

- Location: Bokaro (Vedanta ESL)

- Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO) 6 Days/Week (Off on Sundays & 2nd/4th Saturdays)

- Notice Period: Immediate joiners up to maximum 30 days

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP MM Consultant with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP Materials Management (MM) module. The candidate should possess strong expertise in procurement, inventory management, logistics processes, business process mapping, and SAP support/implementation projects.

Experience in SAP S/4HANA and integration with other SAP modules is essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and support SAP MM processes including:

- Procurement (PR, PO, RFQ, Contracts, Scheduling Agreements)

- Inventory Management

- Goods Receipt (GR) and Goods Issue (GI)

- Material Master Management

- Vendor Master Management

- Invoice Verification

- Stock Transfers and Physical Inventory

- Analyze business requirements and provide SAP MM solutions aligned with business objectives.

- Participate in end-to-end SAP implementation, upgrade, rollout, and support projects.

- Coordinate with business users to gather requirements and prepare functional specifications.

- Work closely with ABAP developers for custom developments,



enhancements, interfaces, and reports.

- Perform system testing, UAT support, defect resolution, and user training.

- Support month-end and year-end inventory closing activities.

- Ensure compliance with audit and internal control requirements.

- Monitor and resolve production support issues within defined SLAs.

- Prepare process documentation, SOPs, configuration documents, and training materials.

- Minimum 5 years of SAP MM functional experience.

- Import Procurement

- STO (Stock Transport Order)

- Good understanding of SAP S/4HANA procurement processes.

- Experience in configuration and customization of SAP MM.

- Strong integration knowledge with:

- SAP FI

- SAP SD

- SAP PP

- SAP QM

- SAP PM

- Experience in handling incidents, change requests, and enhancement projects.

- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Qualification:

- B.Tech / B.E. (Computer Science, Information Technology, Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent)
