We’re Hiring | Senior Reservation Executive

Echor Hotels & Resorts is looking for a confident and experienced Senior Reservation Executive to join our Reservations team in Zirakpur . If you have strong hotel reservations experience, good communication skills, and the ability to handle guests and booking operations independently, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Handle individual and group reservations through calls, WhatsApp, email and other booking channels.
- Manage booking enquiries, quotations, confirmations, amendments and cancellations.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Sales and hotel teams for smooth reservation operations.
- Understand room categories, tariffs, packages, availability and property details.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain accurate reservation records and daily reports.
- Handle guest queries professionally and ensure a smooth booking experience.
- Support the team in achieving reservation and revenue targets .




- Assist junior team members whenever required.

What We’re Looking For:-
- 2–4 years of experience in hotel reservations or a similar role.
- Strong communication and guest-handling skills.
- Good knowledge of hotel room categories, tariffs and reservation processes.
- Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and reservation systems .
- Good follow-up and conversion skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.
- Candidates from the hotel/hospitality industry will be preferred.

Location ? Zirakpur, Punjab

Salary

? ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Incentives
