We're looking for an organized, proactive, and analytical Senior Sales Coordinator to manage and coordinate sales operations across zones and verticals, ensuring accuracy in documentation, client follow‑ups, order execution, dispatches, and payment monitoring. This role is pivotal in enabling seamless backend sales support in a compliance‑driven, high‑volume workplace.

Location: Bandra West- Mumbai

Experience: 8+ years in sales coordination/CRM operations

Preferred Industry: Petrochemicals, Chemicals, Oil & Gas, Paints & Coatings, Industrial Manufacturing, Engineering Products, Lubricants, Bulk Pharmaceuticals, Logistics & Supply Chain

Key Responsibilities

· Oversee customer records, communication logs, and sales visit monitoring.

· Coordinate with Sales Managers and Sales Coordinators for reporting, documentation, and MIS.

· Handle client clarifications, KYC updates, credit discussions, and feedback.

· Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and order acknowledgements.

· Ensure timely order processing, dispatch planning, and inter‑departmental coordination.





· Generate MIS reports on sales activities, pending orders, payments, and lead conversions.

· Support tender documentation, competitive pricing analysis, and market insights.

Follow up on payments, monitor overdue accounts, and ensure compliance with credit terms.

Candidate Profile

· Strong industry knowledge of petrochemical products and market practices.

· Hands‑on experience in tender coordination, KYC monitoring, and credit control.

· Advanced communication and coordination skills to manage multi‑zone teams.

· Proficiency in ERP/CRM systems, MIS reporting, and documentation control.

· Process‑oriented, flexible, and responsive with an ownership mindset.
