- Site Execution &
- Supervision:

Oversee daily MEP installations at project sites to ensure alignment with approved designs.

- Drawing &

- BOQ Review:

Evaluate shop drawings, technical specifications, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) to identify and resolve site-level discrepancies.

- Clash Coordination: Coordinate with interior designers, civil teams, and false-ceiling layouts to prevent spatial clashes between services and structure.

- Vendor &

- Contractor Management:

Liaise with external vendors, contractors, and building management for material approvals, site access, and work sequencing.

- Quality &

- Safety Compliance:

Conduct routine inspections to enforce safety standards, material specifications, and quality benchmarks.

- Testing &

- Handover:

Assist in testing, commissioning, snagging, and compiling as-built documentation for final project handover.

Pay: ₹570,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
