We are looking for an experienced Senior Network Engineer to design, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, network security, monitoring, and network performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, WLAN, and enterprise network infrastructure.

- Configure and manage Cisco/Juniper/Aruba routers, switches, and wireless devices.

- Manage routing protocols such as OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, and static routing.

- Configure and troubleshoot VLANs, STP, EtherChannel, HSRP/VRRP, DHCP, DNS, and NAT.

- Manage and troubleshoot firewalls, VPNs, IPS/IDS, and network security policies.

- Monitor network performance, availability, bandwidth utilization, and capacity.

- Identify and resolve complex network connectivity and performance issues.

- Implement network security best practices and access-control policies.

- Plan and execute network upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure expansion.

- Perform network configuration backups and maintain accurate network documentation.

- Participate in 24×7 on-call support and handle critical network incidents when required.

- Conduct root-cause analysis and prepare incident/problem reports.

- Assist with disaster recovery, business continuity, and network redundancy planning.

- Mentor junior network engineers and provide technical guidance to the IT team.





Required Skills

- Robust knowledge of TCP/IP, OSI Model, IPv4/IPv6, subnetting, and network troubleshooting.

- Hands-on experience with Cisco networking technologies.

- Strong understanding of routing and switching.

- Experience with firewalls and VPN technologies.

- Knowledge of network monitoring and management tools.

- Experience with network security, access control, and troubleshooting tools.

- Good understanding of DNS, DHCP, NAT, SNMP, NTP, SSH, and Syslog.

- Ability to analyze network logs, packet captures, and performance metrics.

- Strong documentation and communication skills.

Preferred Certifications

- CCNP Enterprise

- CCNA

- Fortinet NSE / Fortinet certifications

- Palo Alto Networks certifications

- Juniper JNCIA/JNCIS

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Networking, or a related field.

- Relevant certifications and equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
