Adze Studio is a digital marketing and technology-driven company that works on innovative digital solutions, websites, applications, and growth-focused technology projects. We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer – MERN who can take ownership of end-to-end web development and build scalable, high-performing applications.

Role Overview

As a Senior Full Stack Developer – MERN, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining web applications using the MERN stack. You will work closely with the project, design, digital marketing, and client-servicing teams to deliver robust and user-friendly digital solutions.

The ideal candidate should be technically solid, solution-oriented, comfortable working independently, and capable of taking ownership of projects from requirement gathering to deployment.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
- Build responsive, high-performance, and user-friendly web interfaces.
- Develop secure and scalable REST APIs and backend services.
- Design efficient database structures and optimize MongoDB queries.
- Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, cloud services, and other external systems.
- Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application and production issues.
- Perform code reviews and follow development best practices.
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, security, and SEO where required.
- Work with Git/GitHub/GitLab and follow proper version-control practices.
- Manage application deployment and support across development, staging, and production environments.
- Work with cloud platforms such as AWS and/or DigitalOcean.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, project managers,



digital marketing teams, and other developers.
- Understand project requirements and convert them into effective technical solutions.
- Take ownership of assigned projects and ensure timely delivery.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to improving development processes and standards.

Required Technical Skills
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- MongoDB
- Express.js
- React.js
- Node.js
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript / ES6+.
- Experience in developing and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Strong understanding of database design and optimization.
- Good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and modern frontend practices.
- Experience with Git and Git-based workflows.
- Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, API security, and application security.
- Experience with AWS and/or DigitalOcean is required.
- Understanding of deployment, hosting, server configuration, and production environments.
- Experience integrating third-party APIs and services.
- Good understanding of debugging, performance optimization, and troubleshooting.

Good to Have
- Experience with Next.js.
- Knowledge of TypeScript.
- Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, CloudFront, or similar.
- Experience working with payment gateways and external API integrations.
- Understanding of SEO-friendly web development.
- Experience working on websites, SaaS products, dashboards, CRM platforms, or custom web applications.
- Exposure to AI/API integrations would be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
