Skills Required

- 8+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management, Security Architecture, Identity Engineering, or Enterprise Architecture.

- Strong expertise in IAM architecture and solution design, enterprise architecture alignment, Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), authentication, SSO, MFA and federation, Privileged Access Management (PAM), directory services and identity infrastructure, identity security and Zero Trust, and CIAM / external identity.

- Experience with One Identity, SailPoint, Saviynt, Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, BeyondTrust, and Active Directory.

- Robust knowledge of SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SCIM, LDAP, APIs, and cloud identity services.

- Experience with architecture governance, technology roadmaps, and platform lifecycle management.

- Strong stakeholder management, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
