1–3 years of hands-on experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR coordination (prior experience in retail, hospitality, or service/rental industries is highly preferred).
- Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Familiarity with popular job portals (e.g., Indeed, LinkedIn, local employment boards) and HR management platforms.
- Good organizational capabilities with strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail/service workplace with high-volume recruitment needs.
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
