Senior HR Recruiter – ELV Sector

Experience: Mid-Level / 2–3 Years

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Senior HR Recruiter with mid-level experience to manage end-to-end recruitment, especially for ELV, BMS, CCTV, Fire Alarm, Access Control, Networking and technical site positions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining.
- Source and screen technical & non-technical candidates.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical interviews.
- Manage manpower requirements with Project/Site teams.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, candidate database and interview trackers.
- Coordinate offers, salary negotiation and joining formalities.
- Achieve recruitment targets and ensure timely closure of vacancies.

Required Skills:



Positive communication, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, negotiation, follow-up and strong knowledge of recruitment processes. Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
