Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory

Experience: 10+ years post-qualification

We are looking for a commercially driven Chartered Accountant to take ownership of the finance function for a growing, multi-location hospitality business.

This is NOT a traditional accounting role.

Day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping are managed through an outsourced finance partner. The role is focused on financial control, business performance, planning, commercial finance, cash flow, fundraising, investor engagement, governance and strategic decision-making support.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN

Financial Control & Business Performance

- Own the internal finance function and financial discipline
- Review financial performance, MIS, margins, EBITDA and working capital
- Identify key variances, risks and opportunities
- Challenge and validate numbers received from the outsourced finance team

Business Planning & FP&A;
- Lead annual budgeting and business planning
- Develop outlet-level financial models and projections
- Prepare forecasts and rolling cash-flow projections
- Evaluate the financial impact of new outlets, CAPEX and business initiatives

Fundraising & Investor Relations
- Support the CEO in fundraising, debt raising and equity investment
- Prepare financial models, projections and investor presentations
- Coordinate financial due diligence with investors and lenders
- Work with investment bankers, advisors and professional consultants
- Support valuation and transaction-related financial work

Cash Flow & Treasury
- Own visibility of daily/weekly cash position
- Manage liquidity and working-capital requirements
- Prepare rolling cash-flow forecasts
- Coordinate with banks, lenders and financial institutions

Board & Management Reporting
- Drive monthly business reviews with the CEO and Board




- Convert financial data into actionable business insights
- Prepare Board-level financial presentations and commentary
- Provide forward-looking views on revenue, EBITDA, cash flow and liquidity

Commercial Finance
- Analyse unit economics and outlet profitability
- Evaluate pricing, margins and promotions
- Assess ROI on CAPEX and new outlet investments
- Partner with Operations and Management to improve profitability

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Mandatory

CA – Mandatory

10+ years post-qualification experience

Strong understanding of financial statements, cash flow, MIS and financial analysis

Strong budgeting, forecasting & business planning experience

Excellent Excel & financial modelling skills

Experience handling statutory audits

Comfortable managing outsourced finance/accounting teams

Preferred

Hospitality / Restaurant / Retail / FMCG / Consumer / QSR / other multi-location business experience

Fundraising & investor due diligence exposure

Debt financing experience

Board reporting experience
