Qualification
- Graduate/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and monitor yearly, half-yearly, quarterly and monthly dispatch plans.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Design and Customers for technical clarifications, drawing approval/release and QAP requirements.
- Coordinate with Motor/Actuator suppliers for technical approval and timely procurement.
- Manage post-order commercial activities, including payment terms, delivery schedules and dispatch planning.
- Monitor project/order progress to ensure timely manufacturing and dispatch.
- Handle regular communication and coordination with customers for technical, commercial and delivery-related matters.
- Ensure smooth coordination between internal departments and external stakeholders for timely order execution.
Candidate Profile
- 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in Project/Order Execution, preferably in an engineering/manufacturing industry.
- Solid customer handling and coordination skills are essential.
- Good understanding of technical drawings, QAP and manufacturing processes.
- Experience in Industrial Fans will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
- Good communication, planning, follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
