Role & responsibilities :

The Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Senior Developer will be responsible for end-to-end technical delivery of Dynamics CRM/D365 solutions including design, customization, development, integration, deployment, and support. The role requires solid hands-on expertise in C# plugins, workflows, JavaScript, integrations, and CRM configuration, along with the ability to independently own modules and guide junior team members.

Key Responsibilities CRM Development & Customization





- • Development of change requests and projects related to MS Dynamics CRM 9.2 On prem version.
- • Develop C# .NET plugins, custom workflows, custom actions, business rules, and BPFs
- • Customize entities, forms, views, dashboards, and security roles
- • Package and deploy with Managed/Unmanaged Solutions, Solution Packager, and automations (e.g., Azure DevOps/TFS build/release pipelines).
- • Implement JavaScript for Form Scripting, Web Resources, and Command Bar (Ribbon) customizations; use TypeScript where applicable
- • Design and implement Entities/Tables, Relationships, Forms, Views, Dashboards, Business Rules, Business Process Flows, Queues, and SLAs.
- • Translate insurance business requirements into scalable CRM solutions on Dynamics 365

- • Technical design documentation

Mandatory Skills & Experience

- • 6+ years experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365
- • Robust expertise in C#, JavaScript, CRM customization and configuration
- • Hands-on experience with Web API, SSIS, SQL Server, and SSRS
