- Handle customer queries through voice and non-voice channels.

- Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality.

Eligibility

- Minimum 6 months of customer support experience (mandatory).
- Excellent English communication skills (mandatory).
- Ability to handle both voice and non-voice interactions.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- UG/Graduate Freshers can apply
