Minimum Qualification

- Bachelor of Technology (BTech)

Lead a team for the construction of Reactor Building of a Nuclear Power Plant from planning to handover, overseeing project budgets, construction safety, and general contractor performance. Core responsibilities include managing schedules, enforcing quality standards, and coordinating with clients and other stakeholders.

On Site Construction:

- Technical Supervision: Overseeing the Reactor Building construction works including excavation, structural concrete, steel erection, and utility installation.
- Quality Assurance: Performs rigorous inspections to ensure all workmanship meets engineering drawings, design standards, and local building codes.
- Value Engineering: Evaluates technical designs to identify cost-saving modifications without compromising safety or structural integrity.

Project Control, Budgeting, & Scheduling

- Schedule Ownership: Develops and tracks master schedules using software like Primavera P6 or MS Project to hit critical milestones.
- Financial Oversight: Approves monthly contractor invoices,



tracks variance against the baseline budget, and manages project contingency funds.
- Change Management: Evaluates, negotiates, and approves change orders from subcontractors, documenting impacts on timeline and cost.

Stakeholder & Contractor Management

- Procurement Support: Assists in bidding processes and selects competent subcontractors for specialized civil works.
- Conflict Resolution: Acts as the primary mediator for in office disputes between trades, suppliers, and consultants.
- Client Interaction: Conducts progress meetings with clients to deliver transparent updates on site progress.

Safety, Risk, & Compliance

- EHS Leadership: Enforces Zero-Harm safety cultures, conducts incident investigations, and mandates strict PPE compliance.
- Risk Management: Identifies potential project roadblocks, such as supply chain delays or weather issues, and develops recovery plans.
