Technical Skills

- 9+ Years of experience in Software Development

- Strong hands-on development background in languages such as C#/. NET, Python, and JavaScript

- Solid understanding of solution and application architecture, including web, cloud-native, and microservices

- Strong understanding of data architecture: data lake/lakehouse/warehouse design, data modelling, data governance, data quality, and metadata management

- Data engineering experience: data pipelines, data modelling, ETL/ELT, SQL/NoSQL

- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)

- Working knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and agile delivery

- Preferred: ML fundamentals, model training, and model deployment

- Plus: Databricks and Azure Data Engineering (ADF, Synapse, Data Lake)





- Solid stakeholder management with regional, sales, and customer teams

- Can explain complex technical ideas in simple business terms

- Structured problem-solving and sound decision-making

- Adaptable and comfortable working across different kinds of assignments

- Confident presenter with a consultative, solution-focused approach
