We are looking for a Senior Business Development Executive to drive business growth, develop new client relationships, generate business opportunities, and support sales & marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop recent business opportunities across assigned markets.
- Generate leads and build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct client meetings, understand business requirements, and manage regular follow-ups.
- Drive the complete business development cycle — from lead generation to conversion.
- Develop and maintain a robust business network, particularly in Mumbai .
- Support marketing initiatives and collaborate with internal teams on proposals and business opportunities.
- Travel as required for client meetings, networking, and business development activities.

Required Skills

- 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related role .




- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent client networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Strong understanding of business development and sales processes.
- Ability to independently manage leads, follow-ups, and client interactions.
- Strong Mumbai market connections/network will be preferred.
- Proactive, target-oriented, and willing to travel.

Preferred

- Experience in developing business across Mumbai and other key markets .
- Existing network among potential clients and business stakeholders will be an advantage.
