We are looking for an experienced US IT Bench Sales Recruiter to join our growing staffing team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in marketing IT consultants, working with vendors and implementation partners, negotiating rates, and generating requirements for consultants on bench.

The candidate should have excellent knowledge of the US IT staffing market, visa statuses, tax terms, marketing strategies, and vendor/client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Market and place IT consultants on bench with suitable requirements.
- Market consultants through vendor portals, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other professional networks.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, recruiters, implementation partners, and clients.
- Identify and generate new requirements for consultants.
- Negotiate rates, contracts, and terms with vendors and clients.
- Submit consultants to suitable requirements and follow up regularly.
- Coordinate interviews, submissions, and offer processes.
- Maintain daily consultant marketing and submission reports.
- Track consultant availability, interviews, submissions, and placements.
- Build and maintain a strong vendor network across the US staffing market.
- Understand and work with different US work authorization/visa statuses such as H1B, H4 EAD, GC, USC, EAD, OPT, CPT, etc.
- Understand W2, C2C, 1099 and other common US staffing terms.
- Work according to US market timings and business requirements.
- Meet individual and team targets related to submissions,



interviews, and placements.

Required Skills
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in US IT Bench Sales / Bench Sales Recruiting.
- Strong knowledge of the US IT staffing and recruitment industry.
- Good understanding of US visa/work authorization types.
- Strong vendor and client relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience with consultant marketing and requirement generation.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple consultants simultaneously.
- Strong follow-up and convincing skills.
- Valuable knowledge of LinkedIn, job portals, vendor portals, and email marketing.
- Target-oriented and results-driven approach.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates with a proven track record in Bench Sales and consultant placements are preferred.
- Candidates with an established vendor/client network will have an advantage.
- Should be comfortable working in a US shift environment.
- Should be willing to work from the office.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
