The opportunity: Senior Associate-TMT-SaT-SaT - TCF - M&A; Advisory - Mumbai

Your key responsibilities

- Robust expertise in financial modelling, valuation, and financial analysis to support end-to-end M&A; execution.
- Proficient in preparing investment memorandums, deal materials, and other transaction collateral with high analytical rigor.
- Ability to conduct in-depth industry research and synthesize insights to support transaction strategy and decision-making.
- Experience in executing LBO analysis and evaluating deal structures for buy-side and sell-side mandates.
- Working knowledge of SPA and transaction documentation, with exposure to buyer-seller liaison and deal coordination.
